Funfetti Cream Cheese Cookies
These Funfetti cookies will change your life!!
Who would think to put cream cheese in cookies?! ME, of course haha. I honestly wasn't too sure how it was going to come out, but I've made these a bunch of times now by request because they say it's the best cookies they've EVER had. They're so fluffy and delicious that you won't be able to stop eating them!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 80z cream cheese softened
1 stick sweet cream butter softened
1 tsp imitation vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup sprinkles plus more to top
Method:
Combine wet ingredients. Using a hand mixer, mix for 5 minutes.
Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet
Add sprinkles and mix with your hands
Shape into small balls or use a tiny ice cream scoop
Sprinkle each cookie with sprinkles
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Halfway through pre-heat your oven to 350
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
Pull out and let sit for 5 minutes on the pan, then enjoy!
**Note:
- I have put the dough in the freezer for 5-10 minutes instead of waiting for them in the fridge, so you can do that as well but I do recommend the fridge.
- DO NOT skimp on the 5 minute mixing time with the hand mixer. This is the secret to these amazing cookies.
